A.K. Dinkar
Secretary, CBIP

A.K. Dinkar is currently the Secretary of the Central Board of Irrigation & Power. He is a former Engineer in Chief, of the Irrigation Department, Govt. of Uttarakhand. He has more than 4 decades of professional experience in the Engineering Management, Design, Planning, Execution and Maintenance of Water Resources and Infrastructure projects. His academic qualifications include post-graduation in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
