A graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering and postgraduate in Marketing Management, Yogendra has extensive experience in long distance communication technologies, mainly Fiber Optic Communication and Power Line Carrier Communication. He joined Hitachi Energy (erstwhile ABB Power Grids) in 1986 in Mumbai and has since held various roles in sales, marketing and general management. Yogendra was the Business Manager for the Communication Networks business under Network Management, Power Systems from 2006 to 2014. Since 2015, he has been responsible for Business Development for the Grid Automation business in India. Over the last 36 years, Yogendra has gained experience and contributed to the operations of customers, primarily in India and has also served customers in the neighbouring countries of Nepal and Bhutan.
