Shri Kuleshwar Sahu graduated with a B.Tech degree from NIT Raipur in the year 1990. He started his professional career as an Assistant Professor at Govt Polytechnic Ourg. Later,he worked for a short duration in the solardivision of Rajasthan Electronics & Instrumentation Ltd (REIL),Jaipur. In the year 1995,he joined POWERGRID, where he performed various key activities such as regional asset and grid management, coordination of erection,testing and commissioning of various EHV substations and transmission lines. He also designed and conducted training programs to enhance the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of transmission assets. Additionally,he established an oil test ing facility at Raipur 5S and a training tower at Raipur SS premises for hands ontraining in the tower for safe working of transmission assets. Shri Kuleshwar Sahu also provided training on safe practices on the transmission line program under W·RIO.Overall,he has had a successful career in the power industry,gaining eJ<perience in various domains, andcontributing to thegrowth anddevelopment of the industry.
