Research Officer, NITI Aayog

Shri Kamil KPS Bhullar is a Research Officer at NITI Aayog’s Energy vertical. His areas of work include the oil & gas sector, biofuels and international cooperation. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Panjab University, Chandigarh. He belongs to the 2020 batch of the Indian Economic Service.
