Hemalatha Bhaskar is a technology and innovation enthusiast with more than 21 years of industry experience. She is currently working as the Blockchain Business Development Lead for Public Sector India at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Hemalatha's expertise lies in Cloud technologies, enterprise architecture & design, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialties. She has significant contributions in Cloud data interchange, Cloud resource planning techniques, and security across multi-Cloud platforms and infrastructure. Hemalatha has worked with many reputed organizations, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Visa, Pegasystems, Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and IBM India. She has also founded her own start-up, Cumuloblocks, a Blockchain research initiative aimed at serving a full stack digital asset management platform for end-to-end Cloud assets administration and traceability. Hemalatha is a trusted technology advisor with a track record of liaising with product marketing and engineering teams in building what's next for businesses. She is an avid speaker at various technology conferences, including the Open Group, Silicon India, and the Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Technology. Hemalatha is also passionate about people and growing talent, with a special interest in developing girl children in the lesser-privileged communities of India.
