Aun Abdullah is the Deputy Vice President of Design, Building Services/MEP, and Sustainability/ESG at the Lodha Group in Mumbai, India. He has a background in building services and infrastructure design and management, and has worked on large landmark projects in India and the Middle East. Aun is responsible for supervising design development, formulating effective coordination processes, and leading the ESG/sustainability program at Lodha. He has also led the formation of the Lodha Net Zero Urban Accelerator, which focuses on embodied carbon, passive designs, equipment efficiency, renewable integration, green mobility, and green finance to make net-zero carbon the new normal for the built environment. Aun has published articles on ESG, green buildings, sustainable water management, and carbon-neutral future in real estate. He is interested in cleantech and ideas that have potential to become cost-effective for developers and end-users. Aun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
