Divyesh Sharma is a Sr Associate Director with RTI having 18+ years’ experience in Distribution Reforms, business strategies and sector transformation practice. Divyesh assisted Government distribution companies in transaction and regulatory advisories, stakeholder engagement, large and complex asset due-diligences, Environment Impact Studies, Tariff Rationalization as well as Commercial and Operational efficiency studies for PPP task force of Government of Rajasthan and UP in India as well as Internationally. He has extensively headed Data intelligence with loss reduction initiatives for Distribution Franchisees.
