Divyesh assisted Government distribution companies in transaction and regulatory advisories, stakeholder engagement, large and complex asset due-diligences, Environment Impact Studies, Tariff Rationalization as well as Commercial and Operational efficiency studies for PPP task force of Government of Rajasthan and UP in India as well as Internationally.
