Former Chief Secretary, Govt. of Karnataka
Arvind Jadhav is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1983 Karnataka cadre who served as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka. With over three decades of experience in public administration, he held several key leadership positions in the state government, contributing to policy formulation, governance reforms, and infrastructure development. During his tenure as Chief Secretary, he played a significant role in coordinating state administration, implementing major development initiatives, and strengthening institutional governance across departments. Prior to this role, he served in various senior capacities including Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary in departments such as Urban Development, Infrastructure, and Finance, bringing extensive expertise in public policy, urban management, and administrative leadership. After his retirement, he has continued to contribute to policy discussions and advisory roles in governance, infrastructure, and sustainable development.
