Sh. Samuel Paul N is an IAS officer of the 2013 batch, UP cadre presently posted as Managing Director, KESCo, since 2023 which supplies electricity to one of the important Industrial city of Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur. He also holds the additional charge of Additional Commissioner, Kanpur Zone, State Tax department, GoUP. Prior to this he has served the Government of Uttar Pradesh in various capacities and has rich experience across sectors like urban development, Rural development, irrigation, district administration etc.
