Jeannot KOUDEBI is a seasoned diplomat and communications leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the public and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director of Communication and Corporate Affairs at APUA, he plays a key role in strengthening partnerships with African and international energy institutions and funding bodies. A former official at the Beninese Electricity Utility and the Economic and Social Council of Africa (UCESA), he brings deep expertise in strategic communication, institutional engagement, and international cooperation. Mr. KOUDEBI holds advanced degrees in Diplomacy and International Relations, Business Administration, and English. His diplomatic background and strategic acumen make him a vital contributor to Africa’s energy transition, particularly in advancing inclusive energy access and sustainable development. He is widely recognized for his ability to bridge communication between stakeholders and promote impactful collaboration across the continent’s power sector
