Mrs. Isha Duhan, a 2014 batch IAS officer, has built an exemplary career in public service, demonstrating strong leadership and effective governance across various roles. Starting as an Assistant Magistrate and Collector in Meerut, she progressed to Joint Magistrate in Varanasi and Chief Development Officer in Bulandshahr and Meerut. Her leadership skills were notably displayed as Vice Chairman of the Varanasi Development Authority and as District Magistrate and Collector of Chandouli. In 2023, she served as Additional Commissioner for the Meerut Division and the Commercial Tax Department in Gautam Budh Nagar. Since February 27, 2024, she has held the position of Managing Director of PVVNL in Meerut, where she continues to contribute significantly to the energy sector
