Nidhi Kumar Narang is Former Director, Finance at U. P. Power Corporation Limited. He is B. Com (Hons), LLB and MBA (Finance) and a Gold Medalist from the Power Management Institute of NTPC. Further, he has acquired skill upgrades from Euromoney & Kellog’ s School of Management, Chicago in Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions and from UTD Dallas in Advanced International accounting in oil & gas. He has been a finance professional in the Power and Infrastructure sectors and in a career spanning over 45 years, has diverse and varied experience in Business strategy and structuring, Corporate Finance including fund raising, business valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Cost Control, Systems & MIS, Direct & indirect Taxes, Electricity Tariff Regulations, Fuel Sourcing, Exploration & Production activities for oil & gas, etc. He is also holding the additional charge as Director (Commerce), looking after all the commercial activities and consumer services.
