Programme Analyst, IEA

Lydia Jayakumar is the South Asia Analyst in the Asia-Pacific and Partnerships Division of the International Energy Agency (IEA). Over the past three years at the IEA, her work has focused on energy and climate policies in South Asia and managing the institutional relationship with partner countries. Lydia holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi
