As the Econ/Energy Unit Chief at the U.S. Department of Energy, Damon DuBord leads efforts in economic and energy policy analysis. Damon has also served as the Deputy Counselor for Trade and Investment at Embassy Ottawa, with previous assignments in Mozambique, Washington, and Mexico. Before joining the Foreign Service, He worked for the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan.
