Yuvaraj Dinesh Babu Nithyanandam (Dinesh) is a global leader with over 30 years of experience across climate action, clean energy, carbon markets, and digital public infrastructure. He has worked extensively with governments, multilateral institutions, and the private sector across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East to design and scale systems that deliver measurable, long-term impact. Currently, he leads his own firm and advises initiatives focused on transparency, data integrity, and inclusive climate finance, including platforms that strengthen accountability and trust in global sustainability ecosystems. Dinesh is known for bridging policy, technology, and finance, and for building multi-stakeholder collaborations in complex, multicultural environments. “I am joining the ChildFund Council because I believe sustainable development must place children, youth and communities at the center of climate and adaptation efforts. Climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental degradation are already shaping children’s health, education, and future livelihoods especially in vulnerable communities.”
