MD & CEO Noida Power Company Limited

Mr. P. R. Kumar has over 37 years of experience in the Power sector, which includes around 15 years in the field of coal & gas-based electricity generation, and 22 years in transmission & distribution of electricity. He has been an alumnus of VNIT, Nagpur (formerly VREC, Nagpur) and FMS, New Delhi. Mr. Kumar is basically an Electrical Engineer, and thereafter pursued MBA in Finance He has served both in Government and Private sectors. His last assignment was as Chief Executive Officer of BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), where he served as CEO for over 7 years. Currently, Mr. Kumar is leading the Group’s business at Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), Greater Noida and CESC, Rajasthan
