Mentor, Principal Design Strategist & Architect Narnix Technolabs Pvt. Ltd Kishor is a Technology Advisor, Mentor, Design Strategist & Architect in Electrical, Electronics & ICT with over 47 years of professional experience in education, research, design, and advisory at NARNIX, an Independent Design House he founded in 1981. With 37 years of Research and Design Development Experience in Solutions, Systems, Products, Hardware, Software & Firmware (Embedded Software) across diverse domains, and over 10 years of Strategic Advisory Experience to various business and industry segments, Kishor has mentored over 500 Research & Design Mentees in Electronics, ICT & STI Ecosystems. He is a Member of the Academic Council at IIIT Surat and D Y Patil International University, Pune; a Research Advisor at the University of Delhi & Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi; and a Member of the Academic Committee at the Electronics & ICT Academy, NIT Patna. Kishor leads multiple National & Global Standardization Initiatives & Projects at BIS, TSDSI, IEEE, IEC, ISO, ITU, and IETF, recently appointed as a Member of the IEEE SA Standards Board. For the past 15 years, he has been deeply involved in standardization across electrical, electronics, communications, information technology, digital infrastructure, and cyber security domains, focusing on identifying gaps in standards to achieve harmonization through system standards and standardized interfaces ensuring end-to-end interoperability. Kishor mentors many Deep Tech & Disruptive Tech Startups in e-mobility, drones, robotics, automotive, strategic electronics, and more. His standardization journey includes Founding Chairman roles, Vice Chair positions, Project Leadership, and contributions to multiple standards development organizations (SDOs) in various capacities, advocating for sustainability, safety, and ethical use of disruptive digital technologies. His recent work involves developing a Comprehensive "5G inclusive ICT Architecture & Cyber Security Reference Architecture for Critical Infrastructure" and xG Application Layer Standards in India
