Rahul Chakrabarti leads the engineering delivery organization for AspenTech’s Global Delivery Center in Bangalore, focusing on delivery of Digital Grid Management solutions to leading utilities worldwide. Since joining AspenTech in December 2020, he has played a key role in project delivery and in supporting sales and solution consulting. Before AspenTech, Rahul spent 9 years in operations planning for large power grids at Grid Controller of India Ltd, working at the National Load Dispatch Center (NLDC) and the North-Eastern Regional Load Dispatch Center (NERLDC). He gained experience in several complimentary areas such as integration of PMUs, analysis of major events, and led efforts toward renewable energy integration with power grid. Rahul also had a short stint in end-to-end supply chain management with Delhivery. Rahul holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Jadavpur University and an MBA in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
