Munish is an Honours graduate from Delhi University, holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology, and a Law degree specializing in Cyber & Business Law. With over two decades of experience across Multinational and Indian conglomerates, he has built expertise in Operations, Consumer services, Analytics, Business strategy, Policy advocacy, and Advisory. At BSES, a joint venture of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. and the Government of Delhi, he leads ESG, Digitization, and Integrated Management Systems (ISO compliance) initiatives, aligning corporate practices with Sustainability goals. He was exclusively recognized by the Central Electricity Authority for his contribution to the Power Distribution Perspective Plan (2020–21) under the National Electricity Policy. A certified Dale Carnegie trainer and member of the Distribution Working Group at Association of Power Producers, he contributes actively towards industry forums and serves as honorary faculty at B-schools and the National Power Training Institute. He presented a research paper on Bio-Hydrogen at the World Energy Council Summit (2016) and champions innovation-led sustainable change.
