Santadyuti Samanta leads Product and Solution Management at Kimbal, specializing in the digital transformation of the energy sector. With nearly three decades of experience in this domain, he has developed profound expertise in Smart Grid technologies, IoT, and Enterprise Digital Transformation. Prior to joining Kimbal, Santadyuti held pivotal roles at TATA Power and CESC Limited, where he managed large-scale IT and OT deployments for millions of customers and led the transformation of new acquisitions in the Transmission and Distribution segment of the business. His professional journey is backed by a distinguished academic foundation, including an M.Tech in Computer Science and a BEE in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, alongside executive leadership programs from IIM Ahmedabad. He has also contributed to standard bodies in CEA, consulting for many utilities on the Technology Roadmap under government-sponsored or World Bank programs. A recognized expert in effective technology adoption to enhance Financial & Operational Efficiency and Consumer Experience, he has a passion for creating innovative software products and open-source solutions in the evolving Power Utilities & Customers in Energy Transition-driven power utility landscape.
