Ms. Kiran Gupta is presently Chief - Customer Experience, Commercial, Govt. Affairs, EAC & Consumer Litigation at Tata Power-DDL. Ms. Gupta spearheads Customer Experience and Commercial function that includes Customer Care, New Connection, Attribute Change, Metering, Billing, Revenue Collection, Recovery, Enforcement assessments, Smart Metering, Demand Side Management and New Business Services. Moreover, she works closely with Delhi Government & Regulator to ensure the organizational strategic alignment with all stakeholders. She has an experience of three decades in Power sector, majorly in Power Distribution & Transmission in India. She has been involved in all facets of Power Distribution Management spanning Design Engineering & Layouts, Technical Standards/Specifications/Inspections, Quality Control & Supply Chain Management, Operations & Enforcement, Projects execution, Commercial & Customer Services, Business Excellence and Strategy. She is the FIRST Woman Executive to lead Operations and successfully handle Commercial issues driving enforcement for theft reduction in the area.
