Aditya Gupta is the Senior Vice President -- Research & Development at Genus Power Infrastructures, where he leads innovation and technology development in advanced metering, smart grid, and energy management solutions. With over three decades of experience in the power and energy technology sector, he has held leadership roles across global organizations including Schneider Electric, GE Grid Solutions, Itron, and SLB. His expertise spans smart metering technologies, grid modernization, product engineering, and R&D strategy for utility-scale solutions. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in developing advanced metering infrastructure, building global engineering teams, and driving innovation in utility digitalization and energy management systems.
