Soumya Chakravarty has been working in BYPL for more than 22 years. He joined BYPL as GET in the year 2003, since then he has been the part of transformation journey of the organization. He has worked in different portfolio which includes Business, MMG, BET, PMO ( Loss Reduction) and CPMG. His major contribution in the organisation was in the formation of MMG department and introduced various process improvement measures which was in line with the Management Vision and made it a successful department.
