Mr Akshay Bhardwaj is General Manager, Green Hydrogen and New Business at ACME Cleantech Solutions. At ACME, he leads the green hydrogen BU and is responsible for commercializing green hydrogen & green ammonia portfolio (~ USD 4 billion) and international expansion. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in the energy sector. His core experience encompasses business development, strategy consultancy, corporate advisory, public policy and advocacy projects globally. Prior to ACME, he was director at FTI Consulting’s (Energy and Natural Resources team) based in New Delhi, India where he was part of projects involving strategic market reviews for major energy companies. He has also worked with the Strategy Consulting Insights (SCI) team at Shell (part of Group Strategy Consultancy & Portfolio team). Prior to Shell, he led the energy business for BM India, advising Fortune 500 clients on their engagements with govt. of India and various states on policy, advocacy, regulatory and reputation issues spanning oil & gas, power and renewable energy industries.
