Jing is a Commercial Officer based in New Delhi, India focusing on energy, environment, and climate. She previously worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington on U.S.-China trade promotion and policy. She has private sector experience in finance, law, and corporate social responsibility and has lived in the U.S., Germany, China, Japan, Korea, and India.She is a 2021 Aspen Institute International Career Advancement Program Fellow, a 2013 Boren Fellow, and a 2010 Congress-Bundestag Young Professionals Exchange Fellow. Jing is also a passionate life coach and design thinker. She received her master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and her bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College in Vermont.
