Mr. Davinder Paul Singh is an Instrumentation & Control Engineer from NIT-Jal. He has wide experience of over 9 years in leading, managing and implementing large projects and business solutions in Gas sector in the fields of Instrumentation and Automation Projects, Operation and Maintenance, Business Development and Business Information Systems entailing engineering & planning, process management, scope management, resource management, schedule management, Technology Up-gradation, Vendor Management , Quality Assurance, 5-S & Quality Circles . He is currently working as Manager (Zonal Head of NOIDA) of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), the largest CNG distribution company of the country.Various outstanding initiatives have been successfully implemented in IGL under his guidance and directions. First time in the country prepaid metering for domestic gas customers has been successfully carried out in Rewari. He gauged the importance of IOT, AI in the field of CGD and thus successfully revolutionized the billing segment of the company with the implementation of AMR system for Industrial, Commercial and Domestic customers. He framed strategies and taken various measures to reduce IGL LUAG (loss due to unaccounted gas) to less than 1%. Currently he is looking after operations and Maintenance of PNG in NOIDA GA of IGL .previously he was deputed as Makreting head of Rewari GA , Under his dynamic and versatile leadership skills Rewari GA has completed its 100% MWP targets before deadline . Mr. Singh is actively involved in various industry forums in India. He is currently Vice Chair in India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF), Under his vision ISGF is exponentially expanding its reach in City gas Distribution Sector of the country.
