D in Administrative Communication Strategies in Local Self Government. 30+ years of experience in Urban Management and 5+ years of experience in teaching at senior college level. Extremely good in communication skills with command over English, Hindi and Marathi languages. Experience of implementing Urban infrastructure projects which include Roads,water supply, waste water management, Solid Waste Management. Disaster Management, Public Transport Undertaking. Public Health Management. Budgeting and Financial Management. Human Resource Management ranging from an organisation of 1000+ employees to 7000+ employees. Experience of working with International Agencies like the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, European Union, GIZ and the French Development Agency(AFD). Visited the USA, Belgium, Germany, Philippines and Thailand in official capacities and France and Switzerland in personal capabilities. Delivered several lectures as Guest Speaker, Keynote speaker, participated in various national and international conference, conclaves, workshops, symposiums in the capacity of panellist, co chairman , moderator and delegate. Written and published a collection of poems entitled Capsule in Marathi. Written and published a play ‘Lady Diana,The Queen of Hearts’ in English. Written and published a book on ‘Administrative Communiction Strategies ‘ Written Sai Bhajans in Hindi which are sung by well known singers Shree Suresh Wadkar and Smt Anuradha Paudwal.
