Under his leadership he and his team have taken product and service ideas from concept stage and power point to making them a reality with real customers and building alliances leading and negotiating win-win business deals with partners around the globe. He possesses a good balance of expertise between business acumen and technology delivery and has the ability to set strategic direction for either a team or a project and deliver on that vision by executing and evolving the strategy ; see it all the way through. In recent times Neel led and nurtured the Security and Blockchain space in the APAC region and India, successfully established winning alliances and delivered key wins in this new space.
