Head – Standards & Research, Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ)
Mukul has been a Learning Leader in the Training Industry for more than 30 years. After getting a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1985, Mukul worked in hi-tech automotive manufacturing operations, until in 1992 he moved into the Instructional Design field and the IT Domain, managed and led design & development teams in training design & development, with a team of more than 800 people. Mukul is working as "Head - Standards & Research" with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), New Delhi. His last employment was with the Tata Power Skill Development Institute until December 2022. Over the past 35 years, Mukul has focused on Organization Development, including Individual Development. He focuses on the design and development of technology, systems, and processes to systematically empower individuals and organizations. Mukul has been the Designer, Consultant, Master Trainer, and Facilitator for international programs.
