DG, Power Foundation of India (PFI) and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power

Shri Piyush Singh, Additional Secretary (Thermal) in the Ministry of Power, Government of India, is a 2000-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Maharashtra cadre and holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. His portfolio includes Thermal Power, Administration, Operations, and International Cooperation, including G20 and BRICS initiatives. He also serves as Director/Government Nominee Director on the Boards of CPSUs such as NTPC Ltd. and THDC India Ltd., and has extensive experience in public administration and planning across Maharashtra and Uttarakhand.
