DGM, PowerXchange Innovations

Shashi Bala is an Electronics and Communication Engineer working on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain solutions. Presently she is Deputy General Manager at PowerXchange, a fast-growing technology company enabling electric utilities and clean energy communities to adopt decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) solar energy transactions. Shashi has 8+ years of professional experience and previously worked as Senior Engineer at the India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF), a globally reputed thinktank. At ISGF, Shashi worked on national initiatives in smart grids, digital energy systems, and regulatory reforms.
