Regulatory Specialist, National Electric Energy Agency, ANEEL
Since 2008, she has served as a regulatory specialist at the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL). She currently works on regulation for the electricity distribution sector, focusing on the technical and regulatory requirements for integrating diverse resources into distribution networks. Lívia Maria de Rezende Raggi received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in 2006 and 2009, respectively, and her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas, Brazil, in 2018. From 2022 to 2025, she was a member of ANEEL's Board of Directors' Advisory Office. She currently works on regulation for the electricity distribution sector, focusing on the technical and regulatory requirements for integrating diverse resources into distribution networks.
