Ms. Libby Green heads the Climate and Energy team at the British High Commission in New Delhi. In the FCDO in London, Libby has worked in the Press Office, in the Security Policy Department, and China Department and spent time on loan to the Department of Health. Overseas, Libby has served as Deputy Head of Mission in the British Embassy in Copenhagen (2007-2010) and as Head of Climate and Energy Section, and later Head of the Health and Social Care section in the British Embassy in Beijing (2010-15). Libby has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University
