Someshwer current serves a Vice President at Avaada Group. He is a multifaceted energy efficiency and solar PV power plants expert with international experience of over 22 years in various solar business segments encompassing projects design, development, management and execution. He has hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting and scheduling for successful commissioning of around 1 GW projects PAN India. He has a highly qualified with a PhD in Solar Energy. He has extensive international project exposure while working as a CTO, VP & Head, Principal Consultant and Post Doc Research Associate. Someshwer expertise in finalisation of bidding, PPA Terms, development of policies and liaising with government/international delegation. He is responsible for Overall projects development from conceptualization to commissioning across all solar PV Segments. He managing and Monitoring the O&M of Operating Plants, Green Hydrogen production, Electrolyzer, Solar Cell and PV module manufacturing etc.
