Prasad Arvind Chaphekar
Deputy Secretary, MNRE

Mr. Prasad is a Deputy Secretary at MNRE. He has a bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, a master's degree in Laser technology from I.I.T. Kanpur and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from I.I.T. Bombay. He is working in the Indian Revenue Service (Income-tax) since 2012 after clearing the prestigious civil service examination conducted by UPSC. So far, he has experience of Assessment, Investigation and Headquarters work.
