Senior Director and Head, Power Electronics Group, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Thiruvananthapuram. Over 20 years of R&D experience in Power Electronics real-time control and simulation, providing technical leadership for R&D projects. Carried out product developments for Military applications, Indian Railways and multiple Power Electronics Industries and processed effective technology transfer. Currently the Chief Investigator of National Mission on Power Electronics technology (NaMPET) by Ministry of Electronics and Information technology (MeitY). Major contributions are in the field of Real time control for Power Electronics systems, Real time Simulation, EV Power-train design etc. Experienced in AC drives, DC-DC converters, Distributed control and communication technologies, Realtime Hardware in Loop simulation etc.
