Rakesh Sarin

Mr. Sarin is currently President – Corporate Development, Suzlon. Co-Founder of JOP Inc., where he is currently a mentor to passionate team that is pegged in defying old-age obsolete methods of mining productivity and operating teams. JOP Inc. helps organizations and their employees achieve high performance through a comprehensive software tool for effective strategy execution. Apart from the above two ventures, I feel fortunate to have been actively involved with renewable energy, business development strategies, mergers and acquisitions, distributed energy platforms, and corporate advisory. He is also serving as a member of the Advisory Board of O2 Power Holdco (a JV of Temasek Singapore & EQT Partners - Sweden) and on Board of AGI Greenpac Ltd. After completing his education at IIT BHU, he worked with a colossal spectrum of people spanning across the globe. Started my career with Indian Oil & moved on to Caltex as their Country Manager India, Wartsila Corporation as their Global President for Energy Business & EVP on BOM and finally CEO of Suzlon's International Business.
