Mr. Rajesh Kumar is currently working as Senior General Manager at CTUIL (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of POWERGRID), looking after Transmission network planning of Easter/Nort Eastern and Cross-Border Regions. He is also part of Task Force on One-Sun, One-World, One-Grid. He has about 27 years of work experience in the power system. He is member of various national and international professional bodies such as IEEE, CIGRE and IEI. He has the firsthand experience of working in the field of Smart Grid, Energy Storage, System Operation, SCADA/EMS, DTS etc. He has published several technical papers in various international & national journals, conferences and co-authored a book on Smart grid. Mr. Rajesh has done his graduation in Electrical Engineering from REC, Rourkela and Masters in Energy and Environment Management from I.I.T,Delhi.
